We primarily concentrate on legal matters related to Jurisprudence of Commercial Laws (Arbitration, Environment, Infrastructure, Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Real-Estate and Urban Development), Constitutional, Criminal Laws(Prevention of Money Laundering, The Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA), Prevention of Corruption and other specialised Criminal legislations), Taxation Laws (Income Tax, GST, Customs and Local Taxes) and other laws pertaining to Family, Motor Accidents and so on.
Initially, we focused our legal services on the Supreme Court of India and the Punjab & Haryana High Court. However, as time has progressed, we have broadened our reach to include the High Court of Delhi and the Himachal Pradesh High Court, while also establishing our presence before various tribunals, such as the National Company Law Tribunal, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, the Debt Recovery Tribunal, and Consumer fora(s) ranging from State Commissions to the National Commission. Additionally, we represent clients before the Electricity Regulatory Commissions, the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (APTEL), the Real Estate Regulatory Authority(RERA), the Real Estate Appellate Tribunal (REAT), the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT), The Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT), Appellate Tribunal for Foreign Exchange (ATFE) located in Chandigarh and New Delhi respectively.
